In the glass, this wine reveals a beautiful straw-yellow colour and offers a refined nose of citrus, blossom and subtle oak notes. On the palate, it is elegant and juicy, with delicate freshness and a long, harmonious finish. A gastronomic wine with excellent ageing potential, marked by finesse and depth. Only 300 bottles available.

Light in colour and wonderfully expressive in both aroma and taste. On the nose, you can detect tropical fruit, which continues beautifully on the palate. The fresh acidity provides a pleasant mouthfeel, with lovely length and an elegant finish.

This distinctive white wine is made from the red Pinot Noir grape and reveals a beautiful amber colour in the glass. On the nose, you discover ripe fruit aromas, giving the wine its soft and fruity character. With its low acidity and alcohol content of 10.5%, it is wonderfully approachable and very pleasant to enjoy.

An intensely colored wine with purple highlights. Lots of fruit on the palate with blackberries, cassis and candied plums. A little later we smell earthy notes and spices from the wood. The taste confirms the complex aromas. It is mouth-filling and well-structured with lots of depth. An excellent wine to keep ! Gault&Millau award 2024

Lots of freshness in the mouth with a touch of roundness due to the long period sur lattes. This wine has a powerful length! A powerful, very dark red wine with aromas of dark fruit, black cherry, plum, blackberry, blackcurrant, violets and spice. A distinctive wine for laying down, with the necessary tannins that perfectly support the acidity and vice versa. Semi-dry yet lingering length!

A lovely complex rosé, delightful fruit with a light woody note, aroma of vanilla, raspberry, wild strawberry with a touch of spice and a cherry red colour!

This rosé has a cherry red colour and a bouquet of blackcurrant, red fruit and red candied fruit. On the palate, there is plenty of juiciness and a pleasant fresh note.

Pale yellow colour, very floral with a high degree of purity and notes of almond and conference pear. The terroir really comes through. On the palate it is juicy with a fine acidity.

This very spicy and aromatic gin was obtained from Chardonnay grape marc and blends well with a bitter tonic that is not too aromatic. The gin was named after my grandfather Maurice Talpe

The term Aqua Vitae (water of life) was already used in the ancient Roman Empire. It was believed that drinking it would grant eternal life. Aged for 12 months in Limousin oak en 12 months in Jim Beam whiskey barrel, made from grape marc obtained from Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.
