Pale straw colour with a lasting mousse of fine bubbles. An elegant bouquet of citrus, granny smith apple and delicate flora. On the palate, lots of freshness right away, very supple and pleasant!

Sandy loam with clay and flint in the deeper layers, which provides minerality in the wines

Vinification

Hand harvested, pressed as whole bunches. Fermentation and ageing takes place in stainless steel vats under temperature control. Second fermentation in the bottle and 22 months sur lattes, dosage 7 grams. Remuage, disgorgement and bottling are also carried out at our wine estate
