Vinification
Harvest 2023, pressed as whole bunches. Fermentation and ageing takes place in stainless steel vats under temperature control. Second fermentation in the bottle and 18 months sur lattes, dosage 8 grams. Remuage, disgorgement and bottling are also carried out at our wine estate
